Excell America has been in business as a leader in wholesale Latex and Mylar balloons  since 2006. We offer hundreds of balloon designs and related social expression products, as well as everything a balloon retailer needs to sell balloons. We are a close knit family. The balloons business is a creative and hands on industry. Our product line is extensive and our customers are busy retailers who rely on us for product information, merchandising know-how, reliable delivery and courteous, efficient customer service. To do this, we maintain close, long term relationships with our manufactures by constantly improving our fulfillment process.
